Bubbles aside we are still talking less than a 2% swing from 1990 vs 2013 for 18-34 yo and 1% overall. We're back to normal now. The catastrophe was the swing up.

Also repeal the expat tax! It's unconstitutional, un-american, and unnecessary. Every year I pay some guy in india thousands of dollars to prepare my taxes, knowing the liability will be zero in any case. I can't open a bank account in many countries, and have had accounts closed in others, because of FACTA. USA is draconian on expats and severely harms the ability of americans to compete for jobs and business abroad. FIX IT TRUMP
