I just can't wrap my head around this entitlement mentality so many on the left seem to have. Since when do you "deserve" something just because someone else has it? I know people who own luxury yachts. I can't afford one, do I get one? Corporate jets? Luxury cars?

I mean......I guess it irks me that the left tries to play the "victim" card on anyone on the right whenever one points out an injustice, yet the entire foundation of the liberal mantra is treating people like "victims" of society to give them free handouts for votes.

I guess I just won't ever understand it.

Basically means if you wanna give yourself a 10,000 dollar raise and you make 40 times your lowest paid employee, you have to give them a 250 dollar raise. Not bad.

6,000 years of history will back up the notion that when wealth becomes concentrated and inequality too widespread, society begins to collapse. if you think because we're "civilized" now it will be different you're very naive.

this isn't an entitlement mentality it's a very basic nod to reality.

I've come to the conclusion that many conservative Christians need to read up on the teachings of the man who the religion is named after, Jesus Christ.

Of course if Christ lived today many conservatives and Republicans would accuse him of class warfare and class envy. But still if some people insist on calling themselves Christians, they should study up on what Christ was saying 2,000 years ago.
