I never shorted it. Before the futures opened up last month I'm not even sure how you would have shorted this market. I've actually made decent money in cryptocurrencies. Before the recent crash would have been in the six figures. But I do try to wait for long term rates and i do keep pulling out profits rather than reinvesting, so not making nearly as much as I could be. I think I hit 1yr on one set of coins in late march and on another in mid-may, so trying not to look at the market in the interim. FWIW I think I will get audited though because of my crypto earnings, my bank has been sending me a bunch of questions about the source of funds on cryptoearnings I cashed out last year. I have 2 friend that I think have made about $5m combined in this market - so I kinda f**k up but honestly to make that money you would need to invest well beyond my risk appetite so I never had a chance.

I wonder how Dharma's portfolio is doing?
