Pelosi, Boehner, McConnell and Ryan aren't exactly the pillars of Congressional law and principles, as your comparisons and contrasts so effectively illustrates. Yet they're not the only representatives, thankfully. There are always Democrats and Independents who don't always reflexively agree with Pelosi and now with Trump as POTUS the GOP is so very much less of a unified front, as the republicans quoted in The Washington Times article demonstrates.
