Maybe it would be best if Trump sent all his underwear to Muller, so he could analyze the skid marks since that seems to be where the collusion illusion has drifted into the Stormy sea. Actually Cohen complained that he hadn't paid back in early 2017. That's when monthly installments of 35K starting going towards Cohen from Trump.

Also, the special counsel appointed by Rosenstein (A Trump appointed GOP member), has the power to investigate crimes or any other crimes that may arise in pursuit. Clinton was impeached because of something that was totally unrelated to the original intent of that special counsel.
