Legal educated immigrants wouldn’t be able to sponsor their parents, siblings, or adult children for green cards. Why would they want to stay? Let’s say you’re a super smart Asian and you have strong family values. Commendable. Admirable even. Gonna stay in the US if you can’t do shit to make your family’s life better? Probably not.
