Couple of points:

1. Someone clearly didn't read the SC ruling on the baker case.
2. Heckling administration officials because you disagree with them is just a continuation of all the whining and crying from the left since Trump won the election. Speaking of snowflakes.
3. Expressing yourself is called voting. You can do it in a civil matter and not harass people in public. Particularly, it's called election-day. This country has done it for 200+ years. During those 200 years we have defeated greater evils far worst than anything today.

I understand that you live in a country that doesn't contribute anything productive to the world and you are a recently divorced probably white male who has accomplished nothing in life except maintain a pizza joint, but don't come in here acting all righteous and hostile because your feelings are hurt.

Acting like it isn't already in full force on one side, who has used it to create a tremendous political advantage, is retarded. This "take the high road" shit is exactly why the Republicans control most of the country. As has been posted numerous times on the internet:

There's a part of me that wants to go full retard here - it has worked for the GOP. Playing the mediator/compromiser for the Dems hasn't worked out so well. See - Obama's presidency and now.

Then there's the part of me that's like "no, that'll just make things worse." More tribal. Could lead to a clash. Who knows - eventual civil war? Sounds crazy but people are getting awfully pissed on both sides right now.

For me it's more a matter of deciding if we can come back from Trump. If we can't - we might as well go full retard. I feel as though we're approaching that point.

It says quite alot about Western civic culture when protesting interning kids in camps, or attacking centuries-old allies, or deliberately undermining the rule of law, is referred to as "going full retard." Especially when it is protesting an administration that has never displayed any inkling of good faith.

In regards to compromise, what is there to compromise on? Compromise requires two sides to have solid principles and interests, which can then be compromised in order to reach an agreement that is acceptable, if not preferable, to each side. You can't do that when one side has no principles. It doesn't work. Republicans support free trade until they are told not too. They support personal integrity in office, until their leader displays none. They support right-wing policies, until Trump says he supports a left-wing policy, and then they immediately abandon that left-wing policy when Trump changes his mind. They have no principles, no morals, no convictions of any kind. All that matters to Republicans is punishing people for their birth condition, making money and dwelling on insane nostalgia trips for a nation that never existed.

I have no idea how Democrats can possibly conclude they will win against that type of opponent by "taking the high road," instead of aggressively pursuing their agenda with no apologies and no concern for decorum. If some guy walks up to you and punches you repeatedly in the face, and then laughs about it, do you try to strike a compromise?
