Philly isn't using "concentration camp" to rile up Trump supporters. They wouldn't be riled - they'd laugh and talk about putting Hillary in one.

That phrase impacts you because it is offensive to imagine a country like the US having a concentration camp. Would you prefer Philly using internment camp? Or is that also not accurate enough? Perhaps "unrepresented accused criminal asylum-seeker child care facility?"

The reason why Philly is using that term is to rile you up. To hopefully make you abandon your naive ideas about the nature of political power. It is never clean or pure, it can only be less dirty.
