There is nothing shrill about Western civilization. It has always picked the individual over the collective. When a guy like DT gets elected, the people revolt, in unexpected and unparalleled ways, because they find his behaviour repulsive and undignified.

If you are a retard, like phos, you imagine this revolt as something against the values you were raised with, against values that Donald was elected on... instead of an evolution of those values, a fundamental shift in the political calculus.
