state sanctioning murder is not a "religious issue", it's a political one. a court that invented rights from the same cloth that the emperor's new clothes was made of is not the will of the people. if the people wish to not allow murder, the people should be listened to. a court decision to leave it to the states is the best outcome. the people, if they wish, can enshire the right to murder children in the constitution through the amendment process
