It's also a losing proposition to attempt to frame the destruction of the people's right to choice as "returning the decision to the people". That's about as accurate as calling net neutrality "internet at the speed of government". It's an outright falsehood and a completely ridiculous logical inversion.

Right now it is an individual decision made on a case by case basis. What you propose is to strip the people of this extremely personal choice, and impose the will of others onto the inner workings of their own bodies. It's wrong, Galt, to force the government into other people's personal lives. It is immoral, unamerican, and hypocritical.

Don't worry about the family planning of other people, Galt. Mind your own f**k business, and stop trying to use the government to f**k control people.

Anyways, sorry the US has a SCOTUS, I guess? Even with it turning into a regressive nightmare going forward (f**k you Kennedy) I'm happy it's not punishable by those like you who would like to be able to purchase justices (again, f**k you, Kennedy) or punish them.

And how is a SCOTUS ruling bereft of basis law? Because of a court with the moral integrity to preserve personal sovereignty over government overreach, we had a semblance of decent, humanistic policy on this topic, at least for a time. But now we are apparently supposed to slide further towards the third world and deal the biggest blow to liberty in who knows how long.
