It is indeed good to have fires, but too often stress a system. That's what climate change will bring
Still, California is like, normally in drought. It's been abnormally wet since the white man came. So that place? Whatever. Burn it all down.
Also it shouldn't be that suprising considering the Japanese terrorist state launched the only attack to kill civilians on us mainland with this goal: attach incindeary bombs to balloons and float them over to create massive fires to divert the resources of the nation. They had school kids make these devices a. One killed a lady and her kids I think in Oregon, something like that. Well. They got their cumupence.
