Trump might end the war and get a liaison office in the DPRK and that's cool but it's done nothing for us. So far we have:
- recognized the DPRK
- met with Kim face to face now more than once
- signed a non-binding/non-treaty resolution
- offered to set up a liaison office in DPRK
'Mericuh?
The only thing good that comes of this is we have a main line to the DPRK via the office and maybe Trump can get Kim to officially end the war. But what does that change substantively?
