I will say not everybody wants those things.
I don't want fair trade, I want free trade, completely unencumbered. i do want, however, intellectual property protections that transcend borders. the chinese have a literal culture of cheating and so they have no problem stealing intellectual property
Borders should be largely open as well. certianly the border with canada should be completely open like in europe, and we need to work towards that with mexico

Guns are really the only remaining issue when it comes to having a completely open border between Canada and the USA. I'm not entirely certain how that could be overcome, although I hope it is, because I'm otherwise very supportive of that idea.
I would also like to see Canada actually go ahead with CANZUK.
