Another interesting tidbit: during his testimony, Kavanaugh (while under oath) claimed he didn't watch Ford's testimony. He claimed he was preparing. According to a Senate Judiciary aide, Kavanaugh watched the testimony from a monitor in a separate room in the Dirksen Senate building. This was reported by the Wall Street Journal.
No wonder Trump likes the guy so much.
