basically because the mandate was gutted (the fine for non compliance is now zero dollars) and that very thing was why it was ruled constitutional as a tax in the first place, a judge ruled the whole thing unconstitutional. i do wonder what kind of hoops roberts could jump through this time

This will be fun for the GOP in 2020. I'll be interested to see how GOP held districts fare with representatives that went against ACA and that denied their states the federal funds. Time will work to show people the effects of these policies.
