That is a heavily negotiated LOI too. A long one with lots of well thought out details. Combined with what NAB points out - obviously a serious project wirh serious intentions.

The Federal Reserve is now probing $230 billion in transactions that passed through Deutsche Bank and an Estonian branch of Danske Bank. This is an enormous sum...largest laundering in history if true.

Maybe in forty years the Muller investigation will be over, and probably still no collusion found.
