You know more than I but that seems to be not a bad idea.
I personally am just diversifying tax exposure on the assumption (1) who knows with our shit politics and (2) the 19 trillion and counting bill has to be paid someday and I am in that sweet spot of moneyed but not enough to have political influence, so figure I and my petite bourgeoisie brethren will be the ones to pay it.
