I would happily take to the streets and guillotine billionaires tomorrow. Completely morally justifiable at this point.

It's not even a moral question - too much wealth concentration stymies growth. It's simple economics. When capital is kept in assets which are held by 1% of the population you have a very observable problem. Just look at past reports on rent seeking alone:
