What a retarded thing to say, lmao.
EULA's or Terms of Services are subject to the laws and regulations established by government. This has always been the case, and will always be the case. Arguing against regulation of these documents on the grounds that anyone accepted a particular EULA or ToS is thus fallacious. In the words of Darth Vader, "I am altering the deal. Pray I don’t alter it any further."
It should also be noted that neither you or Galt has presented even a single argument for why it is important for consumer rights to take a backseat to the interests of tech companies. Why should all users be prevented from mass deleting posts and photos, and instead required to delete them one by one? In Galts case, I get it, because he makes a living abusing the hell out of consumer rights and privacy. Any additional regulation of his industry will require him to do a fair bit of tedious reprogramming. What is your excuse?
"Because you accepted the EULA dur hur!"
You mean the terms that I'm arguing should be regulated?
When either Galt or yourself are ready to put on your big boy pants and clean up all the shit on the floor, please let me know.
