Yeah that's why I was saying it's dumb for him to do this now. Nobody is going to look at him as being genuine.

Did he call out his colleagues during Mueller? Did he call out Nunes? Is he trying to get on shows and networks to highlight current dangers? Is he writing op-eds for the NYT/WSJ/Fox appealing to people with a case that's been pretty well substantiated?

He was kicked out of CPAC before this. He also got and supported Trump's endorsement for his own re-election.

I'll try to watch it later but it's likely not worth my time.

he said that everything trump did was horribly wrong, and if you look at the evidence and are not partisan the only thing you can do is convict

sure, he also said the part that he trusts they followed their conscience. that doesn't mean he thinks they have a good conscience. if anything i thought that was the mormon way of saying "you're a piece of dogshit"


he's the only member of the president's party to ever vote to convict a president of charges. i don't understand why people are shitting on the guy, it's exactly what trumpian trolls want

i'm voting blue, no matter who, until the GOP is purged of all those enablers. if Romney is still around, i'll consider a vote for the GOP. but until every senator that voted for acquittal is gone, every house member that did not vote to impeach is gone, and their entire legacy repudiated as a plank of the GOP, i will not vote GOP in any race
