at current rates, looks like 50K by end of month, 12 million by the end of april, everyone by end of may
but the problem is that say 5% of cases are "severe". that means somewhere in april we run out of hospital beds if all hospital beds (~140k) are used exclusively for coronavirus

I've really got to get back to reality and read my own signature as I've been way too optimistic
US increased cases by 300 today. This is like 20% more than the total cases 5 days ago. And that's not even testing mild or asymptomatic really at all. Similar to Italy, which is breaking down. In Italy half of the cases require hospitalization, because so many have it but are not recorded. It's probably more like 5-10%. Italy is totally f**k and we're up to bat soon
