Welp. With Michigan and Wisconsin sliding back into the sane column...Biden's got this after all. Even without PA. Assuming Nevada doesn't insert its radioactive dick and thrust at the last minute.

Also, my prediction was WAY better than Nate Silvers. Assuming Biden gets PA, all I missed on was Arizona, and that's only because I'm suspicious of all the old waspy f**k from California who flee there to retire.

Polls were showing Biden for Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina. Some polls were even showing Texas a blue pickup. This is the South, people.

The pollsters need to re-evaluate their shit. Their utility is pretty damned questionable when they get it wrong twice in a row like this. Yes, it's close. We're talking about a few percentage points after all. But the Battlegrounds are what matter. We all knew Illinois was going blue and Idaho red. Don't need polls for that. Silver calls it "polling error", and he's right about that at least.

Somehow, they are badly underestimating republican voters, time and again. Going forward, they should just tack an extra point or two onto the Republican candidate's numbers to account for that gap.

The optimism was so extreme...even Galt was calling Texas and Georgia as blue. Its the f**k South! A lot more boomers need to die out before any of those states are for real Democratic targets.

I don't think your understanding me. Its common knowledge that polls have margins of error. We all know its not an exact science. The problem is that the polls as a mass, averaged together, were pointing towards incorrect outcomes. And people like Nate Silver are famously making incorrect predictions based on those flawed sets of numbers.

And I'll happily eat my words if Georgia and Texas turn blue.

Also, Arizona is not the South. It's California's retirement community.
