I don't think Iran would be able to get a nuclear bomb into Hezbollah's hands without Israel preemptively taking action, there.

Besides, the Iranian proxies serve a much different purpose.

The real problem is not being able to lock Iranian moves because they have a nuclear weapon

Muslims are still rational people, despite insistence otherwise from the GOP. The Taliban basically tried to negotiate its way out of being bombed to death; the Pakistanis haven't preemptively attacked India. The idea that on day one of producing a nuke those crazy Persians will just obliterate Israel is frankly laughable.

With the exception of isolationist libertarians, most people realize that we have the right to say undemocratic societies shouldn't possess nukes since their use does threaten the global community, if not the entire species, but Iran isn't anywhere near producing a bomb, and we don't have the right to say they can't have nuclear energy.

Well then why on earth would Iran be going through such trouble to build a nuclear weapon that it doesn't plan on ever needing to use?
