Lol...Kane, the consensus coming from Biden and Manchin is to keep the 60 vote filibuster in place but MAYBE require a return to the actual talking filibuster where continuous long-winded speeches must be given from the floor in order to obstruct. Maybe this makes sense if you premise it on the belief that Republican Senators would be ashamed at the prospect of standing on the floor and giving hours-long speeches in service of blocking voting rights, minimum wage, etc. But we KNOW they won't be ashamed of it. They don't care and guess what -- when the obstruction continues, it will still be the Democrats who get blamed cause they chose this as their reform while they had full control of Congress so if nothing gets done it is ultimately still their fault.
