Susan released a memo that she was very surprised since it's "completely inconsistent" with what THEY SAID they would do
it is pretty hilarious
also if this draft opinion (which is a draft, so I assume Alito put it out for debate so I'm not saying it's final) is the final, then it is actually far more significant than simply Roe. it guts everything of protections applied against the states. it must be part of the nation's "traditions" and no, not traditions from the last two centuries only traditions from when the United States was a baby nation (with the exception of stare decisis, obviously that tradition is garbage).
Democrats are so f**k useless. if this doesn't result in a bloodbath for Republicans in November they are completely hopeless. the dog has caught the tail. I will admit that I didn't think they would be so stupid as to do it, since it's such a winner politically to constantly bring up, but they did it the absolute madmen. but hey, maybe apathy will still keep them going.
obviously it was ALWAYS a mistake to put everything in the hands of f**k judges instead of the people. honestly, democrats deserve this. they had 50 years of sitting around with their cocks in their hands and not actually doing anything while Republicans said they were going to do exactly what they have done. it wasn't a secret, it was their expressed purpose
Americans learn only from catastrophe and not from experience. -- Theodore Roosevelt
My life has become a single, ongoing revelation that I haven’t been cynical enough.
