I've already discussed how science works in an attempt to enlighten your extreme ignorance of it. Science is predicated upon falsifiability. An early psychological position on homosexuality has been falsified. Newton's laws, particularly his law of gravitation (which only applies to weak gravitational fields), were overturned with Einstein's work in General and Special Relativity. That's probably the most famous and well known example in physics. There are plenty more less well known examples. One such example would be the false emission theory of light. Another would be the Plum pudding model of atoms that proposed that protons and electrons were mixed together in a single mass. These theories were proposed and later falsified through incoming data and better, more accurate theories.

Again, this is just how science works. Tentative explanations are proposed for varied data and then are either supported, altered, advanced or falsified through incoming data streams. That is what distinguishes science from pseudo-science and religion. Falsification has obviously occurred in every single scientific field that exists, else it wouldn't be a science. You are clearly ignorance of psychology and physics and the science method in general as well. Your extremely impoverished knowledge of science is likely to do with your sociopolitical advocation of pure gibberish in the form of "fascist libertarianism."

i know you're going to say this isn't a good enough example because it doesn't involve laws of physics but changes in psychology rarely change based on the underlying biological laws so it's pretty comparable.

Also, Relativity is not based on Newtonian physics. Or on experimentation, for that matter. It's based on considering the behaviour of light and the consequences that derive thereof. Einstein performed no experiments, his work was entirely theoretical.
