Word from the bird is that the lawyers are already going ham in Florida. Couple friends working down in miami dade told me SUNDAY they were already a few suits against the state for f**k the early voting. My educated prediction: lines out of the ass well into election night as reptiles are in the FIGHT OF THEIR LIVES to shutdown the polls while the dems lawyer up big time.

That said I think Obama seals it by wends morning without Florida (although he will eventually win it as well)

Larger turnout helps the dems, as a general rule. The longer early voting stays open, the more time dems have to drag people to the polls. Florida has a republican state legislature and governor and so they do what they can to limit the amount of people that vote. They understaff polling locations, close them early etc. dems lawyer up to protect the rights of those at the polls, while reps use their power in the state gov to shut these polls down. There will be law suits regarding the elections today because we all remember 2000 when it came down to 500 votes

It's 2012. We should be voting online by using our Social Security numbers and DOB. Have a paper trail so that voters can call-in and confirm that their votes were received and for whom. Clearly the Republicans are in a position where voter suppression helps them win. Take away the power entirely.
