Silver aggregates polls so these gin of error is way lower than any single poll. Plus Obama is up in every swing except North Carolina, and to lose he would have to almost lose them all. You can't look at one poll in one state and say deep margin of error. In the aggregate of all polls in all swing states Obama will win more than 90% of the time
