I wish I could say that trickle down economics is dead...I just don't think that's what was the main motivation here. I think the social policies (Retardation) and the actual persona of Romney hit him harder than any electorate examining either candidates economic "plans." I can say with a great level of certainty that any economic policy has little bearing on the actual outcome of a given election. My anecdotal observations suggest that people will believe what they want to when it comes to understanding any of that...I got into it with a co-worker on trickle down economics and Romney's plan. She simply told me "you'll see." I bet her lunch that Obama would win the general...
But now she's just depressed and pessimistic.
