some people need to really hit rock bottom before they "get it"
seems like every time he f*s up big time, some one else bails him out
maybe if he faced truly desperate circumstances, he'd wake up

Awhile ago I read an article written by a millionaire. Or so he said he was.. Anyway he said the welfare programs in this country are there for the poor, AND the rich..
For the poor is obvious, but for the rich because as he said no one with money wants to spend their life living in a compound with 15ft high electrified walls to protect them..
