nah, I'm specifically calling out those who apply fiscal conservatism to social policy. Being fiscally conservative means you are intelligent with money where people are not concerned. When the welfare, and I don't mean gov welfare... the global term welfare, of people is concerned, penny pinching should, but never seems to be, significantly less important.
Its those who consider the welfare of others to be a slippery slope.
