But despite not having a profit, they've kept the jobs here in the USA for nearly 7 years.

Nobody creating actual change is going to listen to the political paranoia of a bunch of blockhead industry cranks. If they want to lay off good workers because the world is moving forward... they can hire new shitty ones. Other companies who understand the benefit of budget restructuring for the betterment of the community they are selling to, will hire those workers.
