actually that's four thousand dollars above the poverty line, but since their COL is lower, their PPP is higher than someone making that amount in the US.
puerto ricans can already come here and use medical care since they're US citizens.
and i'm asking for raw numbers. what is the exact cost of puerto rico due to obamacare if they were included, taking into consideration the taxes they'll be paying and the varying cost per income bracket. until you provide that nothing you're saying is proof, it's just conjecture.
