Honestly, seemed like he had too but idealogery it offset any integrity he may have had. Voting no on nearly everything, was quite frankly not proper statesmanship. I'm amazed the RNC whip's put up with his bullshit for so long.

When your government is already far too pervasive saying no to more stupidity is the only rational response. The man was the only rational person in Washington.

You can see by the negative postings here what the quality of his opposition is. A bunch of little kids that are scared to say no to an out of control government, instead pretending like they want to be told what to do for their own good so they don't have to deal with knowing full well that our current militaristic and thuggish way of life is quite unsustainable but that they are too personally without character to face it. So to them Paul is "crazy". lol

To put it simply we have come to derive our "American Way of Life" by robbing the rest of the world, we've stepped away from what we were supposed to be and have instead become what we originally were against. The republic and self determination are over, there is no room for democracy in an empire. We are definitely rapidly moving toward fascism/corporatism.

Paul wanted to put a stop to that because it's wrong, and bad people just don't want to hear it.
