Sigmund Freud defined four parts of a psyche; the id, the ego, the superego and the stratego. The Stratego being the highest form of morality and scientific thinking.
If guns are not outlawed, the in-laws will have guns.

Putin, probably. Can do pretty much whatever and get away with it. Doesn't even need to be in office. Corruption/intimidation is his can of spinach.
China's not as big a deal as made out to be. Too dependent on others. No projection capability. This will change.
Agree that the IMF is seriously potent.
The POTUS has enormous power, obviously...but its not politically practical to actually exert it at this time.
