Meh, this has been the GOP platform for years. Porn is more prevalent than ever. This is lip service to appeal to the evangelical wing of the party.

No one is saying kids should watch porno, however this is clearly a ploy by the GOP to ban porn for everyone under the guise of "oh, the children."
Parents themselves can prevent children from watching internet porn by monitoring their computer use, banning websites using their internet browser or password locking the computer.
Why the government has to do this for them is beyond me.
