To claim to be able to "cure" one's sexual orientation is flat out fraud.

The suit is perfectly valid, IMO. They made a claim, failed to back it up, and now they should be reasonably expected to pay it back, plus damages.

Ok, so let's say you go to a "sex therapist" who does these same kind of things (not the name calling or anything) but intimate sessions and whatnot. And you don't think that she has cured your issue so you should just be able to sue her?
Is that not the same thing (of course, omitting the name calling and stuff for arguments sake)?
