can i see some cases then? that implying you'll do something, then suckering someone out of money and not doing it, is different from what happened here?

that's not a case involving a claim of fraud similar to the one in the OP being rejected. you might as well have posted a link from judge judy.
where is the case that makes the distinction between what i'm saying and what you're saying? you said it was legally different, which means it's based on a law of congress or a precedent set by a court case.
