So again to reitate my position.
1) Pro-gun ownership (something that makes me fairly eccentric in my IRL shit these days, philistines, don't know shit about the 1688 bill of rights!).
2) Want a robust system of rights that Jefferson would be totally down with.
3) Think, based on experience. That western society (others are worse), really doesn't get mental illness as a private and public health issue. Policy updated in light of that, needs to be.
4) One particular flashpoint from this, is going to ownership of devices that can inflict a nasty case of dead on a lot of people in a short time frame. Sorry, but server mental illnesses of the kind that can potentially (given contingent circumstances of its development) justify locking you up predicated on being a harm risk to yourself and others. Might also disqualify you from gun ownership.
