south park turns out an episode in a week
while some haven't been that great, they've had some absolute gems in recent years as well, like the episode about finding out jesus took HGH to perform his miracles and everyone taking off their WWJD yellow bracelets in disgust. still it's on a level way above family guy even the crappy ones

That's fair, I mean I haven't actually seen the full Muhammad episodes, just clips, but I'd agree that when they're not forcing a point the show itself can be funny.
