I think it would be pure idiocy not to take a role in this film, based on it's exposure and what that could do for an up-and-coming actor/actress such as yourself. B-)

Furthermore, I don't believe a single person here who says they wouldn't do it. Liar liar...pants on fire.

I just saw the first Twilight movie a couple weeks ago.

Don't ask.

Anyway, the chick who plays Bella is about the worst actress I have seen in a long time. How the hell did she get that gig? She acted so badly that she made all the other actors look good, which they aren't.

And I missed a lot of the lines because I was laughing so much at the horrible script. This was Mystery Science Theater 3000 material.

Once the Twilight series wraps up, the girl who played Bella will probably be last seen in a low budget horror flick and then disappear into the oblivion of drugs and alcohol or Midwestern suburbia.

Would I take a role? Hell no. I still have some shreds of pride...

No, I would not take that role. It basically goes against most of my beliefs in regards to shallow consumerism, and if I were ever going to act, I'd want it to be as part of a project I viewed as meaningful and constructive, not trash to be fed to proles.
