Yeah, it is such terrible legislation that the rest of the world adopted most of it's content, and it is used as the basis for almost every disability act in the world.
Sorry bro. Nobody wants to live in the hateful world you envision. If you want to benefit from publically-funded infrastructure, and make money from serving the public, you have the obligation to make your business accessible to everyone, within certain reasonable limits (which the ADA clearly proscribes).
