You keep treating international affairs like it is some boolean operation, that's misguided. I suggest you do away with the whole numerical system if you really hope to understand this.

Semi correct but you realize 5 and 6 are completely irrelevant since they encompass every possibility. You might as well just remove them.

1. We never agreed to 5 and 6. They are irrelevant or redundant and as a result I do not stand by them.

3. As i stated, if you really want to grasp the subject you need to do away with this boolean list and use a more nuanced and artistic form of prose.
