Effectively to make it constitutional you would have to cover all bases. So if someone produced a Christian license plate, there would have to be one for atheists, agnostics, ignostics, Muslims, Sikhs, Scientologists, Mormons, Taoism, Jediism, etc., etc. - pending demands.
That is not cost effective.

Sigmund Freud defined four parts of a psyche; the id, the ego, the superego and the stratego. The Stratego being the highest form of morality and scientific thinking.
If guns are not outlawed, the in-laws will have guns.
