It wasn't even the nurse who gave the medical details; it was the nurse who put through the call. She was probably a suicide waiting to happen. Still, it's a shame. The Dj's are clearly idiots and the 'joke' wasn't in the least bit clever or funny but they don't deserve all this hounding for what was completely unforeseeable.

It wasn't in the least bit funny and I don't feel sorry for either of them. Serves 'em right for being pratts.

They're sorry now, but what anyone with any brain would've done once they'd got through to the ward was hung up immediately.

The whole thing was bizarre, though. The hospital wouldn't tell my auntie a thing when I was taken in for delivery, so why the nurse gave those two morons chapter and verse on every retch and bowel movement poor Catherine had suffered is mind boggling.

The only people to come out well of this whole sorry saga is Catherine and William themselves.

My sympathy is reserved for that poor nurse's children who have lost their mother.

I don't know. Committing suicide over something so foolish as being embarrassed over a silly prank and leaving your children without their mother is both pretty wretchedly selfish and cowardly if you ask me.

A weeks gone by and no one probably even remembers much about it it already. So foolish.
