To clarify the point about private property:

The only way you could consider a corporate business entity public property is if you did not sell shares and every member of society had an equal share of ownership. That is public or collective ownership.
If you sell shares to individuals who then own the shares that is clearly private property. The fact that the shares are publicly traded is completely irrelevant.
