Whilst I think it is sad that such a young woman lost her life. She was fighting for a deluded cause and it was her own fault for standing in front of a bulldozer in which visibility was heavily restricted.

well yeah, at some point. but if you know a car is in the lane next to you and the second it hits your blindspot and you swerve to change lanes you're at fault for hitting them. same with this guy. "oh i can't see her therefore she doesn't exist anymore" is a stupid justification on israels part

To be fair it was a situation where you had absolutely no reliable witnesses. When it is a highly politicised situation where everybody has an angle, even if a court does decide to prosecute it's rare to get a conviction.

I've always struggled to have any real sympathy for her though. She was one of those Americans who criticises the US for interfering in the domestic politics of foreign countries, and then she went and tried to interfere in the domestic politics of a foreign country.
