Dealership will charge an arm and a leg for it. Their prices are around $100/hour at some places. Typical mechanic rates are far cheaper - like $60/hr. And, I've found that dealerships aren't really the best places to get work done.
Call up your insurance company and ask them where they send cars to get body work done after a wreck. Don't make a claim, just ask who the good places are around town. They always know, since they send dozens of cars there per week. That place will be able to disassemble the car, clean it, and have it back together.
Make sure you get the good place, though. I use a place called Clean Fleet here in New Orleans (Metairie, actually). They did such a good job with a wrecked car that they even replicated all the factory paint markings on bolts, wax pencil markings, and other "tattletale" things that people look for to see if a car has been wrecked. Reason I say this is that when you go to sell it, if you get someone who inspects the car (like a dealership), they are going to look for these things.
