Summary: There is no proof that no smoking laws prevent anything. I have proven that tobacco related deaths are on the increase. You show one instance where someone "suggests" some arbitrary law has saved people. But absolutely no proof exists.

Oh yea, it would be best to ignore the study by the DOJ that says guns are used in self defense over 1.5 million times every year. Ignore that, you seem to be good at it.

Anyone care to explain why deaths continue to rise? No you can't. It's a nice strawman though saying that we're now suddenly talking about workplace health. Well no shit, sherlock. You ban people from smoking in an establishment the people there will be in a healthier environment. But my original argument was that tobacco is killing more people now than ever before, and so what do you post? Crap about smoking bans in places and worker health. Funny, how thats not what we were talking about. But nice strawman. We were talking about cigs killing people. They are, and at a higher rate than ever before. Cherry picking one thing to prove an overwhelming point is a major fail.
